oriented professional with 20 years’ experience in Fiber Optic and RF
Wireless Telecommunication Construction Management. I have over 8 years
working with fiber optics as an outside plant engineers, six of those years
were with GST and MFN local startup CLEC’s designing and building their
network in Tucson and Phoenix Arizona. My knowledge consists of aerial and
buried OSP design and FO construction management and inspection, FTTP, FTTN,
FTTCS, data center, POP’s, customer connects, participating in several long
haul projects and joints builds with other carriers in the telecom industry.
Responsible for emergency restoration and disaster recovery planning,
coordination, and response time management. I also have 12 years RF Wireless
PM & CM experience consisting of multiple technologies to include LTE and

Ericsson – Client:
Sprint NV Florida, Alabama & Mississippi Markets, Decom CM
03/2014-1/30/2015 My last assignment with Ericsson was as
the CDMA Decom CM for the Ericsson Sprint Vision project in Florida,
Mississippi and Alabama markets. I managed nine Ericsson approved SP’s in the
decommissioning of 2,995 Sprint Legacy CDMA sites. My duties consisted of
managing the daily decom project tracker, holding weekly project meeting with
SP’s, identify decommissioning issues and resolution of issues, working with
landlords/owners, local government jurisdictions, and MLA partners to
obtaining LL consents/NTP’s to decom sites. I also worked closely with other
Ericsson CM’s managing other ongoing Sprint projects like the new LTE
equipment CX and 65MHz upgrade project to reduce duplicate cost involving
crane and environmental study cost. Ericsson – Client:
Sprint NV New Mexico Market, Back Haul PM 12/2012-3/2014 I was assigned as a CM for the Ericsson
Sprint Vision project in New Mexico and El Paso markets. I oversaw the back
haul construction of 129 AAV site for my market. My duties are to schedule
site walks for AAV design and bid walks, prepare and submit NTP documentation
to MLA partners and LL to obtain AAV NTP’s/consent, direct site acquisition
to obtain new easements as needed, schedule construction for AAV work and
manage Ericsson’s ASP’s/ SP’s, ensure AAV providers on schedule bring fiber
to the cell site and MMP placement and extending fiber to the Sprint
location. Hold weekly meetings with Sprint and AAV providers to discuss
construction and circuit deliveries, hold weekly meetings with Ericsson
ASP’s/SP’s to discuss construction activities and BH readies, oversee and
maintain the AAV project schedule, tracking all milestones from design to
civil construction leading to delivery of fiber optics cable from the Meet Me
Point (MMP) to new RBS equipment. Interaction with multiple parties including
Sprint, AAV providers, ASP’s/SP’s, Ericsson Construction Management and other
key players which are necessary for meeting the project objectives. Networkers - Client:
Ericsson New Mexico Market, CM/Back Haul Coordinator 05/2012-12/2012 I was assigned to the Ericsson Sprint
Vision project in New Mexico / El Paso markets. My current duties are to
oversee backhaul construction of 129 AAV site in New Mexico and El Paso Texas
by coordinating with Ericsson/Sprint and the Alternative Access Providers
(AAV) to ensure that fiber optic cable if brought from the AAV providers MMP
to the cell site and the circuit is delivered. Kineticom - Client:
T-Mobile –Tempe, AZ. Project Manager, 11/2010-03/2011 I was assigned to the T-Mobile AAV/
HSPA project in the Phoenix market responsible for the completion of 144
sites. Primary responsibility was project controls overseeing and maintaining
the project schedule, tracking all milestones from design to construction
leading to the delivery of fiber optics cable from the node to the cell site
and installation of necessary equipment. Interaction with multiple parties
including T-Mobile, Qwest, General Contractors (GC), construction managers
and other key players which was necessary for meeting the project objectives.
Responsible for tracking progress of the design and installation of Microwave
equipment, lines and dishes over 20 sites that could not be feed by T1 or
fiber optic service due to cost or rural location of sites. T-Systems - Client:
Ericsson –Northern CA. Lead Construction Manager, 12/2009-06/2010 As lead CM I oversaw the site audits of
1,706 cell sites in Northern California. I managed 10 sub-contract
companies and 8 quality control technician. The audits were for AT&T and
the purpose was to provide the accurate and reliable data for the RF team to
develop a RF design to accommodate new 850 MHz and 1900 MHz UMTS cabinets to
support the Iphone and Ipad technology as well as LTE & WIFI. Despite
winter weather conditions we were able to complete the project on
